Google Design Sprint
This workshop is a structured brainstorming session based on design thinking and agile development. The key components include understanding the problem, defining the strategy, prototyping and validating ideas.
User Experience (UX)
I match my clients’ business goals with their customer needs. From user research through personas, user journeys and information architecture to wireframe design, I employ the best user-centered practices to define the final solution.
User Analysis
I research user groups and analyse their behavioral patterns. I create various user groups' profiles (Personas) and evaluate them. I make sure the selected target group is relevant for the provided services.
Information Architecture (IA)
I structure the website information by organizing, prioritizing and labeling content in an effective way. I also define user-friendly navigation which helps end users to find information instantaneously.
Wireframing
I prepare high or low fidelity wireframes which represent the skeletal framework of the final project. It’s a visual guide specifying information hierarchy of the design.
Experience validation
I make sure the designs or services match the end user needs. I check if the users understand it and engage in the final product.
Design
Once I know why (business objectives) and what (information architecture and wireframes), I proceed to the user interface design. I make sure the designs are good-looking, usable and that they communicate efficiently my clients’ brands.
Web
I conceptualize, plan and design website layouts by selecting colors, text styles, images and interactive features. I pay attention to usability and responsiveness on different devices.
Mobile
Mobile app design needs to be both useful and intuitive. I design user-centric software: clear, finger-friendly, legible, with minimal user input required. I create a seamless experience across desktop, tablet and mobile.
If needed, I design a wide range of printed materials - flyers, posters, business cards and brochures.
Branding
I create unique names and visual identities. I aim to establish a significant and diversified presence in the market that attracts target users.
